چکیده
The increasing adoption of genomics and sequencing-based approaches to detect foodborne pathogens has led a new direction in food safety diagnostics. Sequencing technologies such as next-generation sequencing are used confirm the taxonomic hierarchy revision, describe novel species, genome construction, prediction microbial functions, risk assessment, identify transmission dynamics, conduct routine surveillance pathogens. Growing implementation these culture-independent diagnostics tools by several public health, clinical, governmental, industrial entities replace slow labor-intensive culture-dependent methods underscores impact methods. This review focuses on emerging computational bioinformatics for rapid detection characterization improve resolution molecular

Advanced analytics: opportunities and challenges
Purpose – Advanced analytics-driven data analyses allow enterprises to have a complete or “360 degrees” view of their operations and customers. The insight that they gain from such analyses is then used to direct, optimize, and automate their decision making to successfully achieve their organizational goals. Data, text, and web mining technologies are some of the key contributors to making adv...

ew materials, or new ways of using and combining existing materials, are being required to meet tomorrow’s engineering applications. This need is compounded by pressures to stay competitive by keeping costs reasonable while continuing to make new material technologies available to our APL customers. The main challenges created by today’s environment include the understanding and assimilation of...

testing plays a vital role in any language teaching program. it allows teachers and stakeholders, including program administrators, parents, admissions officers and prospective employers to be assured that the learners are progressing according to an accepted standard (douglas, 2010). the problems currently facing language testers have both practical and theoretical implications but the first i...
Opportunities and challenges for the application of microfluidic technologies in point-of-care veterinary diagnostics.
There is a growing need for low-cost, rapid and reliable diagnostic results in veterinary medicine. Point-of-care (POC) tests have tremendous advantages over existing laboratory-based tests, due to their intrinsic low-cost and rapidity. A considerable number of POC tests are presently available, mostly in dipstick or lateral flow formats, allowing cost-effective and decentralised diagnosis of a...
